Bill Crain has always been fascinated by how things work—starting with taking apart his toys just to see what was inside. He began studying Computer Science at Morehead State University and later earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems.

Bill’s career in sales has allowed him to combine his technical curiosity with his passion for helping people. He genuinely enjoys supporting customers and partners, making their work lives easier and their operations better. That same mindset drives the work he does every day at MAG Material Handling.
