Alex Sanders was born in Illinois, where he aspired to build gadgets and see the world. After attending the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, his career path was firmly in genetics and what would become biomedical engineering. Opportunity provided a path to greater understanding in the United States Navy Nuclear Power program, where his focus shifted to systems and nuclear engineering. MAG Material Handling has offered the chance to add additional disciplines to his repertoire and solidified the project management experience that began in the Navy over 20 years ago. Alex’s hobbies include playing with his daughters, video games, and tinkering with gadgets, as he always wanted.
